Simple. The guys who will sell in pennyland.

We are called the front loaders and we unload in pennyland, sometimes even reaching 10 cents and above ( the guys with the guts )
Then we are called the pumpers because the pps drops by 50%.

Bottom line, some are buying, buying big because, IMO, it is a minimum 10 baggers from where we are.
