Yes, the offering was low for reasons that weren't expected, as Rory stated. I'm disappointed as many are, but I'm not one to sit around and whine about it. We got TOP TIER 1 INSTITUTIONS WHO WILL HOLD AND SUPPORT US NOW, TAKE THE POSITIVE

This above list is only part of what VERB is up to. We have Tal Golan, former Salesforce executive, hired Full Time, working for shares. We have Jim DuBois, former CIO of Microsoft on our Advisory Board. THIS IS NOT COINCIDENCE. These will be lucrative partnerships.

We can grow MASSIVELY from here on Nasdaq if even JUST ONE of these integration's takes off. That is priority at team VERB, I'm sure of it. Closing and acquisition done...time to roll out Major Tom and get this thing going once and for all!!!
