Revenue-down,net income-down, stock price down and you are implying management doesn’t deserve a big fat bonus. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, in managements’s view, they are doing awesome.

I recall a year or so ago when they were approving their stock incentive plan, there was a provision that the lower the share-price, the more shares they would issue for bonuses. I even wrote an email question to the annual meeting asking if that really made sense, that their bonus shares would increase if the stock price fell. I believe the person who answered was Janet Lau. Her answer was a little incoherent, but was basically of course it makes sense.
