I believe him that he did not know, he looked defeated in the video last night, i believe he thought the offering price would be above 8 or more. I think what he forgot is HE had no leverage....the institutions that were negotiating could have just packed up their money bags and walked away.

HOWEVER, these institutions will be holding, so your call that the market will be flooded with shares IN MY OPINION is wrong. I believe they will hold.

One of us is going to be right, if the stock drops like a rock tomorrow you will be right and these institutions just wanted to double their money, if it soars tomorrow then I will be right and they will hold and not sell a single share and the float will be locked and it will skyrocket.

Dont forget, Rory has more to lose in this than ANYBODY, he's with the shareholders thorugh thick and thin. Thus, again, I will believe him when he says he didnt see this coming. The hurdles have been jumped.
