Yes, that's my understanding of it too. I was just trying to look up the wording but you saved me the trouble. Thanks!

The trading value currently is based on the speculative litigation value. That will be a minimum of $2 to $3 per share and could easily wind up above $5 and even as high as $10.

But the key is to get your shares now before they are converted, because I don't think the LTU's will be tradeable.
