not that we haven't had a lot of double prints before, but if you are using equity feed this would explain it:

Dear User,

We are currently experiencing issues with "double printing" on the OTC market only. All transactions are coming in double including Trading Alerts. We are working on getting this problem resolved ASAP and will notify as soon as it is fixed.

Our apologies for this problem.
