SK gave the DOJ the option to pursue Everything in assets the company knew about, DOJ didn't know, when Edwards pled Indigent. Including something rather large that took 13 years to finally, fully discover. They struck an agreement that the DOJ would credit Edwards in restitution by his signing all the assets over to the company and Edwards' time served. Edwards died without signing the plea agreement.
