Key with BLDV Uplist, No Reverse split, & Buyback News...

First and foremost, I am still very confident in BLDV for the reasons posted within the links below:

BLDV released news below that they are not doing a reverse split and that a share buyback could be in their future plans:

We have made a principle decision not to pursue a reverse-split to gain control over outstanding shares and BLDV will pursue other activities that will achieve the same effect including but not limited to Share Repurchase or Warrants to shareholders.

BLDV has the goal to file audited financials to uplist from OTC Markets Pink to OTCQB:

To uplist from OTC Markets Pink to OTCQB requires the stock to be trading at a minimum of .01 per share:

This tells me that they know what they have coming that have not been announced yet as smoking gun that will graduate BLDV to be trading and worth over .01 per share.
