We are all pissed. Trust me it sucks....we also don’t know wtf is going on. Someone on the board brought up something that I missed. 53mm aggregate proceeds from the 5.517mm shares offered. Nothing makes sense but if they raise 53mm bucks and backing the math out...that’s $9s/share. So that already is conflicted with this so called $3-4/share offering people speak of.
