A stock heavily and constantly promoted. A desperation to get on the Naz through a RS. A company showing almost nothing in sales after signing with Oracle, Marketo, and a few other small players. See 4th quarter financials of 2018. Finding a company in Utah to sell out to show revenues for uplisting.

Who benefited here. The owners of SC. They cashed out of their company. Almost 60 road shows to raise a measly $18 million to fork over to the SC owners. What does the pro-forma company show in profits. What - maybe a million dollars give or take. How long has SC been in business. Yeah - I would take the money also.


Now heavy dilution. 18 million shares give or take - $4/share - $72 million valuation. Fairly valued or still overvalued??? If you think the OTC market makers were tough, wait until the Naz market makers get a hold of this. VERB better perform and now or Katie bar the door.


Still a penny stock with lipstick on it.
