It is sad but very true. Mr. D’ Couto paid off those shareholders with less than two million shares based on the market valuation of 1.5 million. Not to mention the manipulation of share prices during the last few months of trading in order to keep the share price artificially low. And at the same time, XNRGI was valued at 450 million at Amobi capital Website before it was taken down abruptly.
