From Courtney at Legal Zoom: Question: Can a Corporation sell stock to the Public when it is legally unincorporated. Answer: " No. It's like filling out a birth certificate for a baby that hasn't been born". Both UnifiedOnline, Inc. and UnifiedOnline!, LLC are no longer legally incorporated. All of us have a problem. Why can't all of you posters concentrate on how we are going to participate in a settlement if we can be part of it at all? Please do not take this the wrong way. It happens in Pink Sheet land. If you need an example, I will give you one, later. Ever since Rob passed and repeatedly said to me "HANG IN THERE", it has bothered me greatly. Carter needs to address this dilemma, but I have been unable to contact him, no answer on emails, I will keep trying.
