Just checked provisional licenses in Monterey county.

There are now 7 active for adult cultivation and 61 active for medicinal cultivation.

In the entire state there are now 238 total active provisional licenses.

My point is does it really matter how many there were back on March 15, when VBF got theirs? The state seems to be moving quickly now on the provisional licenses and soon there will be hundreds throughout the state.
