It was more food for thought.

A company who is on time with reporting isn't bolstering their accounting department while in the middle of a 10k. All of those issues are ironed out and well in the past. Most of the time it's done BEFORE a company goes public.

I wasn't saying AMFE was screwed, it was simply circumstance. Nothing more or less. A product of time and time only.
