Solid difference between the IWM and
SPY charts, the 1 month...

IWM just cannot get through the resistence at 156.50 area
and until it happens, it's a waiting game.

IWM has many times acted as a pre-indicator for the SPY and
if IWM cannot make a last hour run here, I believe the rest of the week will be red.
