These are the letters that went out from the transfer agent or your broker. Unfortunately, you cannot use these template letters, as the letter that would have gone out would have your specific certificate(s) or other tracking number on it.
If you had purchased shares on the open market (through a broker like ETrade, etc) you need to contact them directly.
I appreciate your patience and support. In this matters, you have to deal with your broker or if you bought shares directly from the Company, you have to then deal with the transfer agent – Corporate Stock Transfer.
