its no suprise that something good might happen since the insiders and ceo fleaing and evacuating the premises!!!!....noone is buying as far as the general public is concerned. I must assume that we arent buying until we get what they owe us or we would be complete morans...and even if and when we get our money, we would be fools to deal with PAVC again. So the stock will and already has had nice moves like when it went to 4.00, but its their own stock they are using and redycling i suppose
