I imagine the CEO no longer cares about converting shares. He’s running this like a DBA, not a pubco. There’s no accountability whether required to report or not. If this was SEC reporting, the ticker would have been shut down by now for missed filings. Since non reporting status, no reports are coming as I see it. There is no motivation and no recourse so why would he. Can’t make any money diluting because there’s little room and the pps is sub .001.
