There is little room between the OS and the AS so where is the motivation in them disclosing.



Don't forget the convertible preferred shares owned by the CEO. There are not enough shares authorized to cover the complete conversion of all preferreds. I know I've been barking about this for a long time, but I don't understand why no one take this as seriously as I do.
