You do realize this is a grey sheet now right? With high potential it gets revoked very soon. So keep that in mind when judging the PPS. And a buyout could happen at any time along with a settlement. Likely a settlement would happen right before or during trial. No way they want to risk facing the jury at the conclusion of trial with the amount of evidence here and possible damages in reference too it.
