RB,

back when we went through the increase in shares from 50 to 100 million I owned about 50000 shares. since then i increased my holdings 5 fold. i would think that i'm not the only shareholder to do this since it was important to average down to have any chance at recovering our losses. would it not make sense that alot of the newly issued shares went to similar type shareholders making it easier, at this time, to obtain a 2/3 majority than it was the last time?
