Here's something hilarious. LEAS--you remember, the shell newly controlled by Lance Quartiere and Denis Bolbat--suddenly started to run just before two.

Why? Because the company submitted its annual report to OTC Markets for the FOURTH TIME. Why was a fourth iteration of a simple annual report necessary? Because LEAS had stubbornly refused to acknowledge it was a shell company.

Finally the lawyer who wrote the attorney opinion filed last week noted it was a shell. And so today, the annual report was altered to reflect that, and filed.

But evidently many penny players--probably not from here, where LEAS's shell status has been discussed at length--bought without even realizing what they thought was "news" was not news.
