LOL, okay, a lot of these companies use S-8 to raise $$$, they call them "consultants". S-8 scams are quite common, as long as the consultant is an individual or a legal entity as an S Corp. They then turn around and sell the stock and then invest in restricted stock at a discount.

Don't look at me, I have a perfect NASD, FINRA, SEC record. But I have seen it all.
