Why would D'Couto and management put out a new video, change the name, do a reverse split , followed by a foward split, pay off the fractional shares in cash, THEN DO NOTHING.
You would now think the outstanding common shares would have been reduced significantly. Well according to Investor's Hub its at 3.12 BILLION.
