Calebra, there can be no infringement lawsuit against anyone. The decision of the patent trial and appeal board finding most of the patent to be invalid was affirmed by the Federal Appeal Court.

MaxD's lawyers bill is the least of MaxD's problems. It is Goggle that is owed $820,000 plus interest, plus costs of the appeal.

Google has also tied up the Trammel patents, (the sound app, encryption, etc) and so there won't be any deal with anyone on that either.
