balancing waiting for info
so we may chop in value area till weds afternoon.

I still think spy 2900 but it could be a crazy ride getting there.

The final top to the bull market will be the lower of rates.
That will be the final rescue attempt. That is months away and we will
probably rally on that news.

Everything will be done to hold the market till the election.
