Don't understand SIGO stock's reaction today to what appears to be great news on the surface: a brand new provisional cultivation license for up to 10,000 square feet of canopy AND the promise of 2017 fins released in 4 weeks.

Am I missing something here, or is it just a matter of distrust of the current SIGO management?
