Hey guys I'm new to this board. But I've done some homework. Hope this turns some of the doubters...go to sunbiz.org for all the documents I'm talking about.

Ok, CompleteAuto and IT Lagoon are registered as ficticious names. I found both on sunbiz under ficticious names search. I also found a document for IT Lagoon that says at the bottom Dobisch Consultants, Inc. d/b/a, (doing business as) CompleteAuto. Now I was trying to figure out what d/b/a meant and I'm not sure if I get it yet. Here's a good def:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D/b/a

Now under the ficticious name search IT Lagoon is still an active company. Here's what I got so far, CompleteAuto was registered as ficticious on Aug. 11th, 2005, and the owner of the name is JDobisch Consultants. IT Lagoon was registered as ficticious on Aug. 24th, 2006 and owned by CompleteAuto. Which still all checks out so far, there's still nothing illegal about that technically.

The one thing that doesn't check out maybe is I found Joerg M. Dobisch as President of CompleteAuto on the ficticious name registration document for IT Lagoon. But check this out:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sole_proprietorship

"Most sole proprietors will register a trade name or "Doing Business As". This allows the proprietor to do business with a name other than their legal name and also allows them to open a business account with banking institutions."

Could it be that Jeff Roman is... Joerg M. Dobisch? If they mean their name, name and not business name I'm not sure, they kinda lost me there. That would explain alot.

It's amazing though that it really looks like a scam, but it's all legal lol. Now I'm still not sure about the eCarfly and CompleteAuto documents up in Minnesota because I haven't found enough documents on that, but most likely that's legit too.

So here's what I say after all that mumbo jumbo. I think ECFL and JDobisch Consultants are legit. I think Jeff Roman is a phony name for Joerg M. Dobisch, but it's legal somehow. Dobisch owns JDobisch Consultants and eAutoDrop separately, CompleteAuto and IT Lagoon are ficticious names under JDobisch Consultants, all legal.

One good thing under Wikipedia, it says that d/b/a's are used alot to protect the public from fraud. So if Joerg Dobisch was scamming all of us why would he registered 2 ficticious company names? In a state that may require d/b/a's? Just doesn't add up, I honestly think it's all still legit after my research, somehow but it is lol.

They're all one company legally, eAutoDrop maybe ficticious too. It's really only eCarfly and JDobisch Consultants merging here I believe. But to the public it's ECFL and CompleteAuto.

I really doubt this is in any way illegal, there's way too many documents out there to the pubic.

Just my research, form your own opinions. I just want the truth and I'm trying to find it, I don't BS, not with 5k on the line...
