Hello longs,

I agree that this has to be a B/O type of scenario - (purely based on the fact that the insiders are holding 80% of the shares as preferred shares - which cannot be converted into common shares easily or quickly as another long had suggested - please correct this statement if it is wrong).

My question are:

- ‘what is the timing for the B/O?’
- ‘What are some of the events that will trigger a B/O’?
