I e-mailed F&T, they said that SHMP plans on building their facilities with twenty four 65,000 gallon tanks. That the shrimp will reach Jumbo/Extra Jumbo size (18-22 shrimp per pound) in 24 weeks using F&T/SHMP's process.

From what I gather, this batch took longer because over crowding stressed them and slowed their growth rate. They had not realized that so few shrimp would die off. Which is good. They will just stock the next batch with fewer shrimp, but still many more shrimp than any competitor can match.

Right now, the present facility consists of 16 tanks ranging in sizes of 45,000-55,000-65,000 gallons. I would guess that the 45,000 and 55,000 gallon tanks were while they were learning how to optimize the process. They are adding two more tanks, I would guess 65,000 gallon tanks. I'll ask them, plus I think a third tank for R&D, or for testing on raising pre-larvae shrimp, because right now they stock their tanks with 2 week old PL shrimp which they buy.

They are still experimenting with this batch, as well as talking to prospective buyers, and also major players that would be interested in forming joint ventures.

The next batch, they will raise with the expectation of selling them. By that time they will hopefully have buyers lined up. They have had their shrimp taste tested by recognized chefs, and they were VERY impressed with taste and freshness.

Because SHMP's shrimp will be anti-biotic and chemically free, plus raised using organic feed, they will easily receive top price for their shrimp.

So to finally answer your question, "What are their revenues?" so far there are none because they have been testing and fine tuning their process, but the next batch will show what revenues they are capable of generating.

That will be awhile. They have to finish up with this batch, prepare the tanks for the next batch and then it will take 24 weeks, almost half a year to grow them.

However, in the meantime, we may be getting announcements of joint ventures. There are other companies raising indoor salmon, and others raising indoor sea bass, and they would most likely be very interested in licensing our process, or forming a joint venture. Plus there are European companies that are opening aquafarms, and they would also be interested in our process.

So, long before our next batch of shrimp have been raised, and sold, people may already realize what a tremendous asset our patented process is, and our price by that time may already be in the multi-dollar range.
