expect rally till end of month
NDX leading , IWM laggin, spx trailing NDX

The FED will have soft policy so no rate hike.

When a rally takes a long time after a hard down move and
goes past .718.

It is not a B wave its a new 5 waves up and this was supposed to be
zoom zoom and it was. Expect Test of old highs

This is a hard off the bottom rally. Meaning hard selling leads
very hard up move.

Breexit seems to be going better and China Tariff news is ok.

So RSI 70 s/b and we were supposed to go to the high volume node
and area chop thru this area.
