Hi duke; I have Kaiser in Maryland. Vascepa is not yet in formulary here
and I just sent my Dr. request to encourage them to add it sooner rather than later. I got my V script from her but have not started it yet as I need script for EPA/AA ratio test for Quest labs to do the test and I want a baseline ratio test before I start!
