Tier 1 institutions will be LOCKING UP OFFERING SHARES, imo.

VERB has the wonderful advantage to pick and choose the best institutions.

WOW...sounds like many more institutions who dont get the amount of shares they want will be buying on open market once we hit Nasdaq!!
