There seems to be a consensus that the fully diluted share count for Emis is probably about 150-160 million shares. This includes those shares controlled by MHR. With a $3 billion market cap the share price would then be about $20. Having read comments from multiple other contributors at Seeking Alpha and articles from Novo, I don't believe oral insulin is on the horizon due to dosing variability and other factors.

Other oral medications from Novo using SNAC are a real possibility. It has yet to be demonstrated Emis can secure other partnerships, but hope springs eternal. It's possible Emis could be bought-out with cash or a share conversion, but at this point it's just speculation. I would be very happy with a $20 share price and ecstatic with anything beyond $20.
