SOLI Released a Form D Filing Today! They raised the 1 Million Dollars to complete the Acquisition with KB Medical systems/CareClix. They did this without Dilution.

We will use $1,000,000 of this to complete the acquisition of assets of KB Medical Systems as described in the Form 8-K filed with the SEC, dated February 26, 2019.

It’s Happening! Company just threw us a Major Bone going into the Weekend!

KB which is CareClix will become a fully operational subsidiary of SOLI before or on 4-15 and today’s filing just confirmed that!

Current Management of CareClix will be joining the Board and issued employment agreements.

As far as up listing off the Greys: Process is completed. All that’s left is the Sponsoring MM will file a form 211 on behalf of SOLI to Finra with the option of asking for a certain opening price like a IPO Page 2 item 12 or they can Up List at the current price. I spoke to Finra they said the process takes less then 3 days. SOLI doesn’t do anything. The MM does it all!

Based on the 8k imo once the deal is executed and that could be between now or April 15th then the MM will File the Form 211. We are getting so close now! Here is the link to the Form 211 which is filed electronically:

You know when word gets out that Sunil Budhrani and Korangy are taking CareClix public with all these accolades Mr Budhrani has this stock is going to erupt and honestly I don’t think any of us here even have a clue how crazy it’s going to get we may think we do but I have a feeling we don’t.
