If I were to put fat in coffee, I'd pick avocado oil, walnut oil, or olive oil in preference to butter. It's nott just saturated fat in butter, it's also the cholesterol. Didja see the most recent study n egg consumption this past week? I get plenny of cholesterol from the pickled herring and salmon I chow on regularly. Don't need any extra from butter.
