SC has income and revs. The question is whether the street will put a high PS ratio on the assumption of future high-tech revenues, or will put a lower PS ratio due to the apparent current low-tech revenues, or something in the middle based on an ongoing transition toward high tech.

The other question is whether the street will value all of the preparation VERB has done to put their flagship product in front of as many eyes as possible, or will wait to see whether that approach is going to work or not, and at what level?

Another one is whether the MLM companies are going to start paying full-cloth across-the board for the use of the new combined application.

These are big question marks at this point that longs believe they have the answer to, and are therefore expecting the price to reflect the high expectations.

Whether the institutions see it the same way will soon be revealed in the offering price. If they do, they will try and offset any shorting. If they don't then yes the stock will likely continue to be vulnerable to shorting.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
