Don’t be so sure about that.... SEC eyes have been on ICLD in the past, and IR was very clear when they said that the merger was off and no PR would be issued about it..

So why all of a sudden a short and sweet pr come out now???

Or might have been a comment from FINRA in order to get the reverse split approved...

Just think if someone owns 7,500,000 shares at say 0.0007, they will soon own 15,000 shares after split and within 6 months the pps will be down to 0.001 so that 7,500,000 originally worth $5,250 with be worth $15 in less than 6 months...

I have been correct close to 100% of the time here, so what I post has a high probably of occurring
