All they had was. a letter of intent which means nothing in stinky pinky land as I recall you saying. I’m 99.0141414% sure the sec gave them no guidance on this.

You could be absolutely correct and icld is capable of just bankruptcy. There is a small remote chance that they can release some good pr for a fast unexpected spike, before the RS or just after. They need interested buyers in their company! JMO
