A buddy of mine's bother in Rochester wants to buy some ACRL. He called me (I did try to talk him out of it, no luck) and asked what brokerage firm in the States will take an order to buy it in the market? He tried a couple and thee couldn't buy it because of the Stop sign.

Please let me know a brokerage firm that will do it, and I'll tell him.
