Glad to have you here Running Q! From the first day I found SOLI I knew that I hit the Jackpot. I knew this was going to be trading Dollars once the acquisition was completed and CareClix was now a public company through SOLI. With that said, the day I came across SOLI, and I read smitters DD I knew this was a Huge Deal. I then read the entire 8K from January. I knew right then and there that I stumbled upon a Once in a Lifetime Opportunity.
I haven't been actively trading so I had zero dollars in my account. I scrambled for every dollar I could get a hold of to buy SOLI. I borrowed money from my wife, and I then sold some Silver in order to get cash. I wired the cash to my brokerage account so that I wouldn't have to wait to buy in. I was very fortunate in that I was able to buy sub penny. I bought from .004's to .008's and it took me two weeks to accumulate my million plus shares for my family and myself. Our overall average is at .006593 for 1,125,000 shares. I have not and I will not sell a single share until this reaches at least $1 Dollar minimum.
At one Dollar I get to retire 31 months early! I will sign my pension paperwork the day this closes at $1 or above. I am going to pay off my mortgage, auto loans, and buy a Nice Boat. I will have money left over in my account to day trade full-time which is my True Passion. In the meantime I will still have half of my SOLI shares locked up for the long-term. I figure once this reaches $4 per share I will sell another 250,000 shares to really make life easy. I will continue to hold the other 250,000 of my shares until 3 to 5 years and hopefully they will be worth between 5 and 10 million dollars. This is honestly how confident I am with this Acquisition and CareClix chasing TDOC.
SOLI is what most of us penny traders Dream about, but rarely ever find. Usually when we do find them we always tend to sell too early. This is not going to happen with SOLI at least for me! In all of my years trading I have never seen better setup. No Debt, No Dilution, No Reverse Splits, and with very Sweet Terms to acquire one of the Top Five Telemedicine Companies in the United States! I wish everyone well on this board regardless of your trading strategy! Sorry for the long post, but I am just too Damn excited over this!
