I have a different theory about how it would happen.

CRON is at around $21-22 USD per share.

They would give VRUS a lot of value.

Garnock took CRON to Nasdaq, now he is heavily invested in VRUS.

It would be a mutually beneficial merge/acquisition.

CRON deals with MJ and VRUS has distribution in Europe and Middle East which would be very beneficial to CRON from a distribution perspective. CBD is widely accepted world wide now and many European nations already buy MJ from Canada.
