Merging with Cron doesnt give shareholders the best value. I don't see CRON giving us fair long term value now (they would offer 5 cents a share maybe where we all know this could go to 20 cents easy if earnings keep growing). Down the line should work. I think m&a candidates may be small food companies to acquire that Garnock could be open to financing knowing he could get stakes in those deals.
