A couple of things:
1) You can, yourself, go to otcmarkets:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EGOH/disclosure
and see that Ken signed the annual report for 2016. Pablo Nieto signed it in 2015. For 2016 & 2017 Ken filed reports with the OTC, but then went silent. The new owners of EGOH are probably catching up those missing filings.
2) You can use the 5-year chart option in this forum to see that from 2016 onward, EGOH did nothing for all the years Ken has been at the helm. There have been a few spikes to .001, but those were all one-day spikes of only a few shares (someone playing games). To my recollection, there was one, and maybe a second 'pump and dump' run where, for a day or two, EGOH had an ASK of .0002, but there were not many sales in the .0002s, and there was never a bid of .0002 for anyone to sell into. The best a 'stuck holder' could do was sell into the .0001s on the bid.

I'm not certain when Ken started using Twitter, but he only has an MDCN page, not an EGOH page. Ken shut down the EGOH web page (that existed when he took over), and for a while (about a year) created a laughably bad website called puredigitaltechnology.tv, but he eventually shut that down as well. He never had a well thought out plan -- or, apparently, the money -- do to anything real.
