Well, yes, I agree with you. As I have stated for a number of months now, that BIEL is orchestrating this whole thing. There needs to be an independent, in depth investigation regarding this situation. IMO, the people at BIEL are committing malfeasance against their shareholders. BIEL, as a public business concern, has a fiduciary duty to its shareholders to protect and advance the financial interest of said shareholders, whom have invested in BIEL's stock. Something needs to be done about this before it's too late! Fact!!
