somebody -on that day which traded 8.6 million shares-was willing to pay a short term premium to buy big lots of zn stock -rapidly running pps from .90 to 1.20-rather than spread his buying over several days or more


re partnership -some longs mentioned a possible partnership-so i was just saying in reply, maybe jb would be open to a partnership -yes zn would have to retain control/51% -I dont see jb releasing that-and i didnt think zn would yield to a buyout

with zn shares totaling ca 70 million plus,anybody who obtains over 5% of zn o/s(3.5 million shares plus) would have to report their position to the sec.

you had good posts a while back re how many of those israeli taxes dont kick in until ZN recovers variably 150% to not sure how high-230%? of their costs -the recovery factor-rf for short
tried to find such posts intothe's ibox compilation but didnt see in a fairly brief purview
