People who dont know anything about custodianships/the court process and day traders who dont want to wait a little bit longer to see profit (and would rather take a 20-30% loss??)

Guess they didn't know what they were getting themselves into to not expect little hiccups like this - shouldn't be trying custodianship plays in the first place!
