I sent out multiple emails to the LT and Kccllc re the status of all remaining claims above Equity the same week Piers were paid off...no response since.

What action do you propose that we shareholders undertake in order to "force" the WMILT to divulge what the next step is in this process?

I also believe that those seeking to "poke the hornets nest" over the Underwriters $72M claim and them possibly having received Preferred Equity Interests will only succeed in delaying the process further.
