Because even an act as simple as Tweeting a playful response to AOC can tell you a whole lot about a person. It's a judgement thing. A person in his position should know better. That he didn't, tells me all I need to know about Carlo Rago. It tells me not to take his opinion seriously about anything, and it tells me Michael Bigger ought to find himself a new pool boy - one who can stay focused on the task at hand. Rago's job was to move the share price (that's how he is compensated) and he failed horribly. The recent $.10 climb had nothing to do with Rago.
