Actually, Kevin and Bill threw the Glenn case. Kevin refused to point out Glenn's corruption, and Bill refused to use compiled evidence to support his case against Glenn.

AT that time I thought Bill was so inadequately prepared for that trial, it made me want to puke. Then, it dawned on me that it wasn't that he was unprepared, it had to be calculated stupidity as no attorney (other than squiddy and Hodges) could possibly be that incompetent.
